Return policy

1. Digital products (such as software licence keys)

1. Nature of the product
Digital products are one-off licences. Once a licence key has been sent or access granted, delivery is complete and cannot be undone.
2. No returns or exchanges
Under Article 2(1) of Taiwan's Regulations Governing the Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation in Distance Sales, a contract for digital content or online services cannot be cancelled once the content is delivered or the service provided.
Once payment is complete and the system has sent the licence key, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
3. Exceptions
If a key you receive cannot be activated or has a technical problem, contact us within 3 days with:
   • your order number
   • a description of the problem and screenshots
We will help confirm the problem and contact the vendor or offer an alternative as appropriate.

2. Courses (such as resold 相鼎學院 courses)

1. Refunds
   • For scheduled in-person courses, a full refund is available if requested 7 days before the course starts.
   • Requests made within 3 days of the start date incur a 30% handling fee.
   • No refunds from the day the course starts; we can help transfer your place to someone else.
2. Online courses
Once viewing access is granted, the course is considered used and cannot be refunded. If a platform problem stops you watching, contact us and we will help resolve it or arrange compensation.
3. Changes by the organiser
If the organiser (such as 相鼎學院) changes the date or content or cancels a course, we will help attendees obtain a full refund, or move them to another date or course as they prefer.
